Eligibility

Trucks, tractors and trailers are eligible for coverage.
Private passenger and service types are eligible as long as they are incidental to the fleet and must be owned by the named insured used in the business of auto hauling.

Coverages

1-9 power units – Mileage statement needed; 10+ power units – 1 year of IFTA statements prior to quoting
Commercial Auto – $100,000 to $1,000,000 CSL with no deductible or radius restriction
Physical Damage comprehensive and collision deductible – $500-$5,000
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist
No Fault (per state laws) (PIP) * Physical Damage
Auto Medical Payments – $1,000 to $5,000
Hired and Non Owned Liability – Limits equal to General Liability
Trailer Interchange
Limits are available up to $50,000 with deductible(s) of $1,000/1,000 or $2,500/2,500 Physical Damage
General Liability – $100,000 to $4,000,000 CSL
Motor Truck Cargo
- Loading/unloading included
- Limits can go up to $300,000 per load
- Deductibles are per auto with $2,500 aggregate per occurrence
- Diminished Value endorsement available
- Debris removal is included in our cargo form with a sub-limit of $2,500.
Terminal Coverage

Other Coverages

Accidental Death and Dismemberment of $10,000 per life on the policy is included on all accounts offered through American Transportation Association, Inc.
Property and Business Personal Property up to 10 miles from the coast line
